How Refera documentation is maintained

Refera publishes one current documentation set. A date badge is not used as a substitute for accuracy.

Product behaviour is described as Available, Setup checks required, Not in the connected product or Not yet available. These labels describe what a practice can use, not when a page was edited.

Documentation changes are reviewed against the named product, infrastructure and policy sources before release. Repository history and review metadata remain auditable internally without placing a potentially stale date across every public page.

Material customer-facing changes are recorded in the Changelog. Live availability and incidents are published at status.refera.au.

If a page conflicts with the product or leaves a capability unclear, email [email protected] with the page URL.

Refera tracks referral admin only. It does not triage patients.

Examples are fictional and contain no patient information. Practice staff approve every external action. Refera never auto-sends or independently contacts patients.
