Refera is live for account-first onboarding today; every practice starts with patient-data capture off, and real-data activation follows the published gates. The point is the shape of the approach: a front door that captures automatically, versus a board you feed by hand, a project you integrate, or a report that only sees what was typed in. Some tools reach further and rank or sort the work; Refera deliberately does neither. It performs no clinical triage, keeps the administrative queue in arrival order, and shows urgency only as the referrer’s own quoted words.
